In case you receive a damaged/defective item upon delivery, you are recommended to contact us immediately. We will connect with you about the defective/damaged item within 2 days and resolve the issue based on your preferred option. Currently, we offer return, replacement, and exchange services in such conditions.

Terms & Conditions for Return| Replacement | Exchange

 

  1. Once we receive your return request, we will arrange for a quality check to examine the complaint of the item being faulty/ defective. Upon successful validation of the complaint, we will process your request for return/ replacement with regards to the faulty/ defective item(s). The returns/ replacements will be accepted for only those items that are found to be faulty/ defective. For eligible items, you must place a return request within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
  2. Items returned by the customers should not be used, washed, altered, tampered with, or soiled. All original packing, tags, labels, manuals, leaflets, warranty/ guarantee cards, accessories, freebies, etc., should be intact and placed in the package. The courier will not accept your item in absence of any of these.
  3. Order replacements will depend on the availability of the ordered item.
  4. Refund/ Replacement/ Exchange will be initiated once we receive the item and pass it through the necessary quality checks.
 
 

Note: In case the replacement item is out of stock, we will refund your amount.

Refund On Returns

Refund will be initiated upon successful pick up as per the Return Policy. The refund amount will reflect in your account within 7 – 10 days post-initiation, depending on your bank partner.

 

Exchange Policy

Exceptions Specific to Exchange Policy

 

  • The price of the item selected for the exchange should be the same or higher than the price of the previously ordered item.
  • If the price of the item selected for the exchange is higher, you can pay the access amount for placing the order.
  • If the price of the item selected for the exchange is lower than the previously ordered item, you can select more than one item to balance the sum.

Note: Pride of Craft will not offer a refund against exchanged items if the price of the item selected for exchange is lower than the initial order.

 

Exceptions

 

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to our Return/ Replacement/Exchange Policy:

  1. Pride of craft offers an Easy Return/ Replacement/ Exchange Policy on all items except furniture; however, they are only applicable for a limited period which is 7 days from the day the order was delivered. Any Return/ Replacement/ Exchange request made a post this duration will not be applicable.
  2. All the items that need to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with original tags and packaging intact.
  3. In case you have purchased an item that came with a free gift or has an offer associated with it and you wish to return/exchange the main item, then the gift item also needs to be returned for processing the exchange or required refund.
  4. Pride of craft will not be liable for the items returned by mistake. If a different or an extra item is returned by mistake, the company will not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the item and is not responsible for its delivery back to the customer
 

Note: Variation in texture, color, shade, veining, fissures, and pits are an inherent characteristic of natural materials like wood and marble; not a defect of the finish.

Both Wood and Marble, are products of nature and no two pieces of these materials are exactly alike. Every piece of marble has unique natural variations, markings, shadings, and inclusions which can differ in regard to moisture absorption, texture, surface finish, and coefficient of friction. Similarly, Wooden items inherently lack uniformity and are subject to variation in aesthetics (color, shade, finish, etc.) and performance (hardness, strength, slip resistance, etc.).

Please note there may be a colour variant due to photography and the device used for viewing. Also, these are handwork products so there may be minor irregularities due to human artisan involvement in making.

For all handloom products, a dry clean is only advisable.

Also, the nature of these materials combined with handmade crafts leads to the creation of pieces with different aesthetics that may highlight the rawness of these materials. However, if you still wish to replace/return an item, you can use the steps mentioned above to submit a request.
